A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking, which is refundable if cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made within 60 days prior to arrival the deposit isnʼt refundable. All transaction costs will be charged to the client. For cancellation during their stay, guests must pay 100% for the days of their reservation.
